Invest in the School’s future

The MMS Community Finance Fund is a wonderful opportunity to invest and to become actively involved in the School’s future. We aim to raise up to $2 million through the issue of Educational
Notes at $10,000 per Educational Note with an fixed 5.75% p.a return to investors over a period of 3 years. The Fund will greatly assist the School in repaying certain finance and other costs incurred by the School for the purchase of Brighton campus at 739 – 741 Hawthorn Road. Setup using a trust structure, the Trust is a charitable body that has been established by the School as an investment structure to hold the Property asset and to raise the abovementioned funds.

Social investment a growing trend

MMS is proud to be following the Social Investment Funding model, providing investors with a competitive return rate whilst investing in the school’s future. More about Social Investment.
